1. Returns Policy

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video
  • The video must:
  • Be unedited
  • Clearly show the package being opened
  • Show the product condition and issue clearly

⚠️ Requests without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

3. Return Approval (If Applicable)

  • If your request is approved:
  • You may be asked to return the product
  • The product must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • A trackable courier service must be used
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Once we receive and inspect the product:
  • Refund or replacement will be issued based on approval
  • The decision (refund/replacement) will be communicated in advance

Cases Covered:

  • Damaged or defective products → Full or partial refund
  • Missing items → Refund (if item cannot be fulfilled)

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (if applicable)

7. Reporting Timeframe

  • All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refund approval will be notified via email
  • Once approved:
  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
